We have signed the S&P agreement last Sunday and paid the remaining balance of the deposit. Now waiting for the other party to sign it and we can proceed with the loan part.
We applied for loan from 4 banks so far and 2 out of it has already approved. Waiting for the others so that we can compare and make the best decision. It was surprisingly quite fast to get the approval and I still feel like all this is so surreal to me. I mean, we've been trying to find a house since even before we got married, now we are on the final stage of having one. Bestnyaaaaaaaaaa!
Takyah la nak berangan-angan sambil jalan-jalan di Ikea lagi, after this can actually plan and buy the stuffs and design the house. Wooweee!
Hopefully by Raya we can call the house ours.
