Forest's Secret

Another product review.

I came by this product when we (the company I am working for) had an introduction meeting to this company. I was a bit surprised that its a local brand and have wide range of products.

About 2-3 months later, when I accompanied my colleague to shop at Living Quarters, the Curve during one of our lunch time, I saw Forest's Secret shop - with a big board outside its shop saying "Jualan Mega 2011, diskaun sehingga 80%". When I told my colleague that the brand is actually Bumi owned, she was curious so we went to the shop, just to take a look around.

The products range from skincare to aromatic oil to food to tea to coffee to make ups. We looked around and the lady told us that the lipsticks and mascaras were only RM10, lip glosses was RM5 and a few lotions were just RM10.

About 30 minutes in the shop, I bought this three stuffs:-

First product "The Reviving Hand & Body Lotion" - This Reviving Hand & Body Lotion is formulated from Bamboo, Olive Oil and Sea Cucumber extract that rich in vitamins and minerals to assist in nourishing and moisturising the skin. It also contains Vitamin E to provide relief and protection to the skin. It is also enriched with Silk Protein to improve skin elasticity and leave the skin perfectly soft, supple and silky smooth. (taken from its website)

My verdict - Really love the smell, it moisturizes the skin and not too oily. Suits me well. Recommend it!

Second product is "Lip Gloss in Honey Red".

My verdict - At first I thought it wouldn't suit me since its in RED, but when I tried it on, it actually looks nice, not so REDdy at all. The best part is that it's not so glossy at all.

Third product is "Lipstick in Naturally Peach" - Love the colour, look so natural on me. Very moisturizing. Since I'm the type who have to choose carefully what lipstick I use (most make my lips dry and chapped), I was a bit sceptical at first. But it doesn't do that to me. Love!

I'm planning to get some lotions and scrubs before the sale finishes. =)

FYI, they only have a shop at the Curve, Damansara. Have a try, you'll be surprised. Support our local product!

Toodles~
